Hey, I’m Katie
A women’s health and wellness expert with over a decade of experience helping women transform their bodies and minds through holistic, sustainable health practices.
With a degree in health sciences and years spent running my own private training studio, I’ve developed a unique approach that blends practical nutrition, fitness, and mindset work. As the founder of 1:1 Transformation program and Katie Little Fitness, I work with a team of experts, including a dietitian, to provide personalized coaching that helps women break free from restrictive dieting and create lasting change in their health and confidence.
As a two-time c-section mom, I’ve navigated my own journey toward finding balance and fulfillment in my health. At 30, I’m happier and healthier than I’ve ever been, thanks to my commitment to honoring my body and creating routines that put my well-being first. My personal perspective—living through these real challenges—is what makes me so good at what I do. I’m passionate about helping women embrace their own paths to becoming their happiest, healthiest selves, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Did you know?
Approximately 95% of people who lose weight through dieting will regain it within 1 to 5 years.
“You know what they say: ‘If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.’ But when it comes to dieting, it’s more like: ‘Try, try again… and then inevitably, gain it all back.’ In fact, about 95% of people who lose weight through dieting will regain it within 1 to 5 years. And who’s caught in this frustrating cycle more than anyone? Women. We diet, we lose, we regain, we repeat—until we’re stuck in a loop that feels impossible to escape.
The truth is, restrictive diets set us up to fail. They’re like a bad relationship: exciting at first, but ultimately unsustainable. So maybe it’s time to stop chasing the quick fix and start looking for something real, something that lasts. Because health shouldn’t be a rollercoaster—it should be a lifelong love affair.”
